Types of service

 1. Smorgasbord

Catering restaurant “Casa Vinului ” offers to its guests organization and carrying out of “smorgasbord”. The present type of service is widely spread; especially it becomes very convenient for big events, corporate celebrations and when it is warm outside. The principles of such event are the same of fourchette. Tables are set in rows, mostly along the walls or in the center.  Smorgasbord includes cold and hot snacks, salads, and main courses. Hotplates, plates and covers are arranged on the tables. Separately the bar is established, where glasses for different types of refreshing and alcoholic drinks are settled.

2. Barbeque/Barbecue

Where else can we taste aromatic and crispy meat if not at barbeque? The catering restaurant “Casa Vinului” offers you to try it. Roasted meat with spicy fat and tasty sauce will be fried in your presence. All the process of barbeque is very close to the witchcraft: it attracts with its magic charm. And if your banquet is organized mostly in official style, then barbecue is the right choice – you may digress from common rules of high society. 3. Fourchette

If you plan a presentation or a reception to celebrate your company’s jubilee – fourchette is right what it is needed. Fourchette is one of the most commonly used to feast big receptions. The fourchette table should be laid before the event starts. The menu of fourchette includes cold snacks and some original fruit compositions. The bar is settled separately (with all what is needed – glasses and beverages). 4. Banquet

Banquet – is one of the forms of restaurant activity, mostly used for weddings, birthday parties, other ceremonies etc. “ Casa Vinului ” is very glad to offer its services in organization and carrying out of banquets. 5Coffee break

Obviously coffee break is a small but important detail in serious work or negotiations. A well-planned and organized break has greater effect on usual working process. Coffee break is the best way to take the strain off or to postpone some crucial issues. It presumes a bar with refreshing drinks, tea or coffee tables, cocktail tables. Menu of such coffee breaks consists of small snacks, pastries, sandwiches, sweets and fruits. A magic influence of coffee can help in moving away old problems and overcoming difficulties.
